Members who meet lending requirements are entitled to the following loan products: –
- These consist of loans mainly granted for investment purposes.
- Their repayment period takes a maximum of 3 years.
- They include Development loan and Development Loan Refinance.
NB: The society shall not avail credit for illegal business e.g. drug trafficking or finance an activity
that goes towards destruction of the environment.
These are loans granted to members but their recovery period takes a maximum of 12 Months to repay. They will include: Education and emergency Loans. These medium term products are subject to reviews from time to time at the discretion of the Management/Credit Committee.
- Quick cash loans are available to staff members of All Saints Cathedral Church, Nairobi.
- Repayable for a maximum of 3 months at the rate of 5% per month on reducing balance for members and 10% per month on reducing balance for non-members.
-The loans are approved by the Sacco Manager.
